If your cancellation request is accepted by management, 2% of the total value will be deducted as commission for the payment gateway. The remaining amount will be transferred to your given bank account within 7-10 days from the cancellation request acceptance. An order can be canceled only before the material is dispatched, with a genuine reason specified, if any. The right for acceptance of the cancellation of any order is solely with the management of Bhawya Prajapati Trading Co. with Brand Name PPL Agro. In the case of bulk or customized orders, an order cannot be canceled, and no amount will be refunded. After You Receive the Order In case of returns, once your return request is accepted by Bhawya Prajapati Trading Co. with Brand Name PPL Agro, the entire refund amount will be reversed back to you through NEFT/RTGS. Logistics charges will Not be paid by Bhawya Prajapati Trading Co. and you will be charged for it.
